The first fairway driver by Discmania was an instant hit as soon as it was released, and to date is still one of their most sold discs. It flies straight like a midrange, but the exceptional glide gives it extra range without sacrificing any lateral accuracy. So don't let the speed 7 fool you, this disc will fly far.
Good choice for: Straight fairway drives, turnovers, rollers, for beginners, advanced and pro players alike
Innova - TeeBird
Excellent for pin-point accuracy or distance, a very accurate and reliable driver. The TeeBird is one of Innova's most accurate and reliable fairway drivers. It has a combination of straight flight, high glide and good speed that make it accurate and long flying both upwind and downwind. It is a popular choice for pros including 12 time World Champion and Hall-of-Famer Ken Climo as well as 2009 World Champion Avery Jenkins. The Teebird is a very versatile driver; excellent for pin-point accuracy, distance, and sidearm.
The TeeBird3 represents the evolution of the TeeBird. Many people have described a lot of discs as a "faster TeeBird", but this is the real deal. The flat flight plate promotes speed while reducing glide, effectively producing consistent, accurate flights. This is a point and shoot, target specific fairway driver.
The TeeBird3 is faster with less glide, and has the same trusted turn and fade flight ratings as the original TeeBird.
Good choice for: Accurate shot-shaping, 'Go-To' fairway driver, faster TeeBird with less glide
Latitude 64° - Culverin
Have a blast with this overstable fairway driver. A lot of fairway drivers fly too straight, and a lot of them are too overstable. The Culverin fits right between those two segments. For the advanced and pro players the first part of the flight will be straight and it will finish with a dependable fade. If you are looking for a dependable fairway driver that you still can get some decent distance out of, Culverin is the answer. Aim, shoot, hit your mark.
Good choice for: Consistent control driver with reliable fade
Latitude 64° - Spark
Control and stability, that is what the Spark is all about. Designed to be the workhorse for accurate fairway drives, you can rely on the Spark’s dependable fade and stable performance in the air. The Spark is useful in many ways and is perfect for thumbers and forehand shots. The Spark was designed in cooperation with pro disc golfer David Feldberg.
Good choice for: Dependable fade on fairway shots, thumbers, forehand shots
Latitude 64° - River Pro
The Pro version of the popular River. With added stability, the River Pro will be a versatile and trusty fairway driver with a slow and steady fade.
Good choice for: Reliable, consistent, accurate fairway driver
Discmania - FD3
The FD3 is Discmania's most stable fairway driver. For many players it will be a utility driver that only comes out in specific situations, like in strong headwinds or to cut tight corners. For players with more arm speed, it will hold a straight line for a longer time, before the inevitable fade. The FD3 is no stone without any glide though. For a skilled player it can adapt to many special throws like skip shots, upside-down shots and flex shots.
Good choice for: Intermediate and advanced players, headwind drives, hyzer shots, flex shots
Innova - TL3
The TL3 is the evolution of the TL. Much like the longer faster TeeBird3, the TL3 has a bit more speed and a little less glide for more control. Think: TeeBird control, straighter flight AND finish.
Good choice for: Accurate fairway drives, tunnel shots, placement shots
Dynamic Discs - Convict
The Convict is perfect for those times when you need a straight disc for most of the shot but have to have some stability at the end of the flight. The Convict can also hold the anhyzer you give it before coming back to flat. This disc allows for you to shape your shots to avoid all of the obstacles that are trying to increase your scores.
Good choice for: Straight shots with reliable late fade, shot shaping
Prodigy - F5
The Prodigy Disc F5 is a high speed, stable to under stable fairway driver. It is designed for all skill levels and flies extremely far and incredibly straight. The F5 will turn up slightly when thrown hard it will go into a long glide before finishing gently to the stable side.
Good choice for: Neutral flights, versatile fairway driver
Axiom - Clash
The Clash is a unique line-shaping complement to the Crave, built to open up more lines on the fairway. Wherever the Crave is too straight or doesn’t fade enough, the Clash picks up and shines. High-power throws will activate a greater turning phase than the Crave to shape lines; however, at any power level, the Clash will fade more than the Crave. This yields a responsive and rangeable fairway driver.
Good choice for: Predictable fairway lines, reliable finishes
Latitude 64° - Saint
Saint is a highly praised control driver – both among amateurs and pros. When you need a disc with good distance and perfect accuracy the Saint will deliver. Saint will be a straight shooter for drives up to 350 ft and has excellent glide. Saint also has a big brother – the slightly more stable Saint Pro.
Good choice for: Intermediate players looking for more distance, throwers seeking more glide, easy shot shaping
