The Firebird’s combination of superior speed and stability make it possible to throw drives into the wind with confidence. An excellent disc for throwing long range flex shots. A favorite of sidearm and overhead throwers, too. This disc is designed for professional level players.
The Firebird is an overstable distance driver which works extremely well into a headwind. It is Innova's most popular upwind distance driver.
Good choice for: Headwind drives, flex shots, big hyzers
Westside Discs - Ahti
When you're stepping up to heavy wind, your choice should be the Westside Discs Ahti. It is designed to be a really overstable fairway driver which will be useful for spike hyzers, flex shots, and windy days. Grab the Ahti and save some strokes.
Good choice for: Spike hyzers, flex shots, windy days
Dynamic Discs - Criminal
The Criminal is exactly what you need to assault your high scores. The fairway driver that you will be able to trust to cover the ground necessary without giving up the stability you need for confident throws. Befriend this Criminal and you will start to do some bad things to your course.
Good choice for: The windiest of days, forehands, spike hyzers, skips, getting out of trouble, advanced players
Dynamic Discs - Justice
Strong winds will make the most experienced player look like a novice. They have forced Dynamic Discs back into the laboratory to solve the midrange question. Their tests have led us here. The Justice is served. The Justice by Dynamic Discs is going to become your new utility disc. It will not turn over. Throw the Justice one time and you will not need to reach for anything else for a short distance, overstable answer.
Good choice for: Short range utility disc that will not turn over, windy conditions
Greetings friends, we do hope everyone out there is staying both physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy during this season of life. We're grateful in announcing that Beaver Ranch Disc Golf Course is open. Although our course is open we do require everyone to adhere to the state guidelines for social distancing. In addition to our already existing course rules, we'll also be asking for groups no larger than 4 (individuals or groups of two are preferred), and that you bring your own hand sanitizer. Thank You!
