Do I need to make a Tee time? 
No, just head on up to the course and we'll get you taken care of.

Is individual play allowed?
Yes.

Do you have a Pro Shop at your course? 
Yes, we sell discs, bags, baskets, clothing, and light snacks/beverages.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs must be on a leash at all times. Owners are required to clean up after their pets. Failure to do so will result in a fine and owners will not be welcomed back.

Is smoking permitted on the course? 

No. Smoking is allowed in the parking lot only. Absolutley NO SMOKING is allowed on the course.

Are there trash/recycle receptacles on the course.
Yes. Please keep the course clean and do not litter! Also, please be aware that glass containers are not allowed on the course.

Are the discs on your website the actual discs for sale?
Yes, every disc is individually photographed in HD. Although we do our best to accurately portray the discs, sometimes disc colors or stamps may appear darker or lighter in person.

Do you weigh each disc?
No, we believe this is the responsibility of the manufacturer. 

How long does shipping take?
We do our best to ship most orders same day if placed before 12pm MST on any business day, however extenuating circumstances may arise leading to shipment the following business day. Most packages will arrive within 1-3 business days, this is dependant upon your proximity to our location. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent as USPS priority mail. Larger packages may be sent via an alterntaive carrier or method. BRDGC, USPS, UPS, and FedEx do not guarantee ship times as unforseen circumstances could arise. 

Do you ship internationally?
No.

What is your return policy?
Items purchased, but unused may be returned to Beaver Ranch Disc Golf Course at the buyer's shipping expense within one month of purchase. Customer's may choose from the following for their refund:
1) Refunded minus a 10% re-stocking fee
2) Full refund with store credit
***If discs have been thrown and or used we will not issue a refund and customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer refunds for season passes or day passes?
No. All sales are final.

Is my information private?
When you make a purchase we collect some of your personal information. This information is only used to fulfill your order, and contact you in the case a correction may need to be made. Your information is not shared or sold. We reserve the right to use your name and addresses for promotional purposes in notification of new products, specials, and any other means to encourage your return visit. You may have your contact information removed from our database by emailing beaverranchdgc@gmail.com and we will remove your information.
