Member FAQ
When does my annual pass expire?
Annual passes are valid through December 31 of the year purchased, regardless of when the pass was purchased during that year.
Do you ship annual passes?
No. Annual passes are not shipped. Once purchased, annual pass tags can be picked up in the pro shop during normal operating hours.
If you purchase an annual pass during the off-season, please call ahead before coming up to pick up your tag. Even if you have not picked up your tag yet, we keep an annual passholder list at the course. As long as your pass has been purchased and your annual digital liability waiver has been signed, you are welcome to come play during daylight hours.
Do members still need to book tee times?
Members are encouraged to book tee times, especially on weekends and busy days. Tee times help us manage course flow and create a smoother experience for everyone.
Can I walk up without a tee time?
Yes. Members receive priority walk-up play when space is available. However, booking a tee time is still the best way to guarantee the smoothest check-in experience.
Can I play if the pro shop is closed?
Yes. Members may play during daylight hours even if the pro shop is closed, as long as they have signed the annual digital liability waiver for the season.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Guests are always welcome. Guests still need to purchase a day pass, but they will receive a 10% discount when accompanied by a current Beaver Ranch member.
Do I need to sign a waiver every year?
Yes. All members must complete the annual digital liability waiver once per season before playing.
Is my annual pass transferable?
No. Annual passes are assigned to one person and may not be shared, transferred, or used by another player.

Member Experience Feedback is a simple way for members to share what they’re seeing on the mountain. You can use it to recognize great staff moments, report maintenance needs, suggest upgrades, or let us know about anything that could improve the member experience.
